Special Town Board Meeting- Monday, December 21, 2009 – 5:00 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Holden, Chairman Bollweg. Supervisor Allis arrived later. Fire Chief Tim Rasch, Atty. Schiltz and Clerk Polyock were also present.

Weiss/Holden motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(e) – deliberating and considering fire service contract for North Shore. Roll call vote all present voted in the affirmative.

Supervisor Allis arrived at 5:15 pm.

Weiss/Allis motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote. Reconvened at 5:45 pm.

Bollweg/Allis motion to renew the fire contract with the Village of Williams Bay for 2010. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Holden motion to adjourn.

Meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm.
