Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, December 12, 2011 – 5:45pm – Basement Town Hall

Chairman Weiss called the meeting to order at 5:45 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Weiss, Supervisors Jones, Woods, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. Police Officer Mark Cates was also present.

Jones/Allis motion to convene into closed session per Wi. Statute 19.85(1)(c)-considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of public employee – highway department and police department. Roll call vote all in the affirmative.

Woods.Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried. 6:55 pm

Holden/Jones motion to approve the following applicants for seasonal snow plow operators subject to a background check – Paul & Mark Voltz, Dawley, Grams, Humphrey, Myer. Carried unanimously.

Holden/Allis motion to approve Peter Jones as a seasonal snowplow operator. Carried, Chris Jones abstained.

Jones/Woods motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:57 pm.
