Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, December 10, 2007- 6:30 PM – Linn Town Hall

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty Schiltz. Building inspector Joe Mesler was also present.

Jones/Weiss motion to convene into closed session per section 19.85 (1)(g) – Conferring with legal counsel rendering legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town Board with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved and Section 19.85 (1) (c ) – considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the Town of Linn has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Roll call – Weiss, yes Palmer, yes Jones, yes Holden, yes Bollweg, yes

Jones/Palmer motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Palmer/Holden motion to reduce Associated Appraisal Consultants revaluation retainer paid by $2,100 based on the contract agreed upon completion date. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Palmer motion to table the building inspector contract and bring it back at a January meeting. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Jones motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:25 pm.
