Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, Nov. 20, 2006 – 6:00 pm – Linn Town Hall

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz.

Jones/Holden motion to approve the budget with the amendment of $204,000. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Holden motion to approve a 3% raise for all non-union employees. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Palmer motion to approve a 3% raise for Clerk/Treasurer and the same raise given to non-union employees in 2008. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Holden motion to table until come up with a total fee. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Weiss hold off retaining an attorney for the police officer grievance. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Jones motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:20 pm.
