Vacation of Alleyway

Present were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. Chairman Bollweg was absent.

Jones/Holden motion to approve the vacation of the unimproved platted alley being sixteen foot wide and directly adjacent to Lots 9, Block 4, Genevista Subdivision, also the West ½ of the north 150 feet of vacated Second Street and unplatted property to the north of the described property. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Holden motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:17 pm.
