Monday, November 13, 2006 -Special Town Board Meeting – 6:35 pm – Linn Town Hall

Supervisor Weiss called the meeting to order at 6:35 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. Chairman Bollweg and Supervisor Jones were absent. Also present were Officer Katelyn Jacobs and David Henderson from the WPPA.

The purpose of the meeting was to address a grievance filed by Officer Jacobs concerning her being assigned the night shift and then posting her mid-shift as open.

The Board adjourned until 6:30 pm next month as they wanted Chef Kerns present to answer some questions.

Holden/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
