Special Town Board Meeting –Monday, November 9, 2009–6:30 PM– Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz.

Palmer/Bollweg motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1)(e) – deliberating on collective bargaining agreement proposal of the highway union. Roll call vote all in the affirmative.

Weiss/Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Bollweg motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.
