Special Town Board Meeting – Wednesday, October 31, 2007 – 8:00 am – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 8:00 am. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Palmer and Holden, Clerk Polyock. Absent – Supervisors Weiss and Jones.

Chairman Bollweg called Supervisor Jones and she arrived at 8:15 am.

The two mowing bids were opened and compared. Blackstone bid was $15,920 and Jeff Anderson bid was $25,300.

Holden/Palmer motion to accept the Blackstone bid subject to a reference check and review by the Park’s Committee with an option to extend the contract. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:30 am.
