Special Town Board Meeting– Monday, October 12, 2009 – 4:00 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Palmer and Holden. Also present were Clerk Polyock, CPA Pat Romenesko, Police Chief Wisniewski and Fire/EMS Chief Rasch. Supervisors Allis and Weiss arrived late.

Chairman Bollweg explained the Geneva Lake Law Enforcement need a new boat.

Supervisor Allis said the Water Safety Patrol would come within $500 of last years charge.

Supervisor Holden went through the Buildings and Grounds budget.

Board went through the line items on the budget and discussed various needs. They worked on meeting the levy limit.

Another budget meeting was set for Wednesday, October 28 th at 4:00 pm.

Again there was discussion of having uniformity in the presentations, a uniform spread sheet for the budgets. The Board would like to have a capital replacement program in one sheet that goes out for ten (10) years.

Holden/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:10 pm.
