Special Town Board Meeting – Wednesday, September 26, 2007 – 5:30 PM – Town Hall

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. Also present was the Town of Bloomfield Board, Clerk and Attorney.

Jones/Palmer motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel rendering legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town Board with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. Roll call – Palmer, yes Jones, yes Holden, yes Bollweg, yes

Supervisor Weiss arrived at 5:42 pm.

Jones/Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Weiss motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:55 pm.
