Special Town Board – Wednesday, August 15, 2007 -8:00 AM – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 8:07 am. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty Schiltz.

Atty. Schiltz presented a corrected map with some additional parcels. He will present the agreement to the Lake Geneva City officials and the Lake Geneva Plan Commission members. Palmer/Holden motion to authorize Atty. David Schiltz to submit the border agreement to the Lake Geneva City officials and Lake Geneva Plan Commission members. Carried without negative vote.

Atty. Schiltz explained that Bollweg, Palmer and he had met with Building Inspector Joe Mesler. They talked about any properties zoned ag would pay $25 for a building permit.

The Boarddiscussed eliminating A-5 as part of the ag properties covered. Atty. Schiltz was directed to write a memo stating the Board’s decision.

Jones/Holden motion to advise the building inspector to keep charging $7.50 for a building permit for farm buildings on all lands zoned A-1 thru A-4. There will be no inspections on these buildings. Lands zoned A-5 will be charged the regular fee. If the owner requests to have inspections, the regular fee will be charged. Carried without negative vote.

Jones/Weiss motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:40 am.
