Special Town Board Meeting – Wednesday, June 20, 2007-9:00 am – Lake Geneva City Hall Room 2C

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 9:00 am. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

The work schedule of the attendants was distributed. The condition of the slab at Robinson Hillside launch was discussed. Atty. Schiltz was asked the Statute Number to put on tickets for non-payment at the launch.

Holden/Jones motion to accept the bid from Access Elevator of $22,763 to replace the lift in the Town Hall. Carried without negative vote.

The meeting was recessed at 9:15 am. Supervisor Weiss left.

Mediation began at 9:30. Chief Wisniewski and Atty. Sally Piefer, The Schroeder Group, S.C. (for our insurance company) arrived. The Board was asked to wait in another room to be available if needed.

Atty. Schiltz led the discussion of a possible settlement with Jacobs. Bollweg/Palmermotion to pay in a lump sum payment to Jacobs, her annual salary and benefits and to pay her health insurance until December 31, 2007. Carried without negative vote.

Supervisor Holden left at 11:05 am.

Jones/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 12:10 pm.
