Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, June 11, 2007 – 7:00 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz. Supervisor Weiss was absent.

Holden/Palmer motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(f) – preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems and the investigation of charges against specific persons. Roll call – Palmer, yes Jones, yes Holden, yes Bollweg, yes

Palmer/Jones motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Palmer/Jones motion to create a police committee as outlined in 60.56(3) and meet as soon as possible. Roll call – Palmer, yes Jones, yes Holden, yes Bollweg, yes

Holden/Jones motion to appoint Rebecca E. Merwin, Cindy L. Skarda and William Grunow IIIto the police committee. Roll call – Jones, yes Holden, yes Bollweg, yes Palmer, yes

Jones/Palmer motion to appoint Atty. Mike Reilly as the Attorney for the police committee. Roll call – Holden, yes Bollweg, yes Palmer, yes Jones, yes

Palmer/Holden motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:13 pm.
