Special Town Board Meeting- Tuesday, June 2, 2009 – 5:00 pm – Conference Room
Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Chairman Bollweg, Clerk Polyock, Atty Schiltz. Supervisor Holden was absent.
Palmer/Allis motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(g) – conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is likely to become involved – Lake Geneva Club Pier and paving of State Line Road. Roll call vote, all present in the affirmative.
Palmer/Allis motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.
Palmer/Bollweg motion to begin enforcement proceedings against the Lake Geneva Club Association if they make any modifications to their existing pier. Carried without negative vote.
Chairman Bollweg gave some background about the Graef bill that was received evaluating the condition of the roads in Woodstone for Town acceptance. Bollweg/Allis motion to call Graef and tell them the Town will be willing to pay 1/3 of the bill submitted to the Town for Woodstone Subdivision road evaluation. Carried without negative vote.
Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 5:50 pm.
