Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, May 10, 2010 - 6:30 PM – Linn Town Hall Basement

Acting Chairman Weiss called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present at roll call were Weiss, Supervisors Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz and Police Chief Wisniewski.

Palmer/Allis motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1) ( c)-considering employment, promotion, or performance evaluation data of any employee – police department employees. Roll call vote all in the affirmative.

Palmer/Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
