Special Town Board Meeting

April 28, 2010

2 PM

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 2:05 PM.

Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis and Holden were present. Atty. Schiltz was present for only a few minutes.

Allis/Palmer motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(c) – considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee-police department. Roll call vote was taken and the motion carried unanimously.

Holden/Bollweg motion to reconvene into open session was carried without negative vote at 4:13 PM.

Motion to adjourn was made by Weiss and seconded by Allis at 4:15 PM
