Special Town Board Meeting – Friday, April 24, 2009– 3:00 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 3:20 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz, Police Chief Wisniewski, Steve

Palmer/Weiss motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1)(c)-considering employment, promotion, or performance evaluation data of any employee – police department. Roll call vote – all present in the affirmative.

Weiss/Allis motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

4:08 pm – Present for this meeting, Doug Mushel, Mark Polyock, Jerry Milsap

Doug Mushel distributed letter (see attached) showing the options for the post office. According to figures it would be $135,000 to remodel 600 sq. feet and $140,000 for new. The Board really needs someone from the post office at a meeting to answer questions concerning their specific needs.

Bollweg read a letter from the post office (attached).

Palmer/Bollweg motion to move forward with the post office plans either build a building or remodel what is there. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 4:35 pm.
