Special Town Board Meeting- Monday, April 12, 2010- 6:45 pm – Linn Town Hall

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:47 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Attorney Schiltz . There were approximately forty eight (48) citizens present.

Weiss/Holden motion to approve the Resolution vacating a portion of a platted roadway being sixty (60) feet wide and directly adjacent to Lots 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block 3, Village of Zenda and Lots 1 and 2 CSM No. 203. Carried with Supervisor Palmer abstaining.

Bollweg/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
