Annual Meeting

Tuesday, April 11, 2006

8:00 PM – Linn Town Hall

Present were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors James Weiss, Michael Palmer, Christine Jones, Gregory Holden, Clerk/Treasurer Sue Polyock, Atty. David Schiltz and about nine (9) citizens.

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order and read the Order of Business. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited.

The clerk read the minutes of the last annual meeting. Allan Polyock/Eugene Behrens motion to approve the minutes as read. Carried by voice vote. The clerk then read the minutes of the November 14, 2005 Town meeting. Thomas Jacobs/Christine Jones motion to approve the minutes as read. Carried by voice vote.

Allan Polyock/Thomas Jacobs motion to dispense with the reading of the financial report and accept the report as distributed. Carried by voice vote.

Old Business: none

New Business: Doris Roan asked if the polls could be closed over on the North Shore and use the Town Hall as the only polling location in the Town of Linn. She felt the Town could save money by not having the duplication of two polling sites.

Gregory Holden/James Weiss motion that the next Annual Meeting be held on April 10, 2007 at 7:00 PM at the Linn Town Hall. Carried by voice vote.

Thomas Jacobs/Eugene Behrens motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 8:20 PM.
