Special Town Board Meeting - Monday, March 29, 2010 – 4:30 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 4:40 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz.

Weiss/Holden motion to adjourn into closed session per Section 19.85(1) (c)-considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of nay employee – police department. Roll call vote all present voting in the affirmative.

Detective Borgen was called in and asked to answer some questions reference the lawn mower incident and the Department in general. After Borgen left, Chief Wisniewski was called in and asked similar questions.

The Board then formulated a list of five (5) questions to be distributed to the full time department employees and returned by mail.

Weiss/Palmer motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Holden motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:35 pm.
