Special Town Board Meeting-Monday, March 22, 2010-4:30 pm-Conference Room

Supervisor Weiss called the meeting to order at 4:45 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz. Chairman Bollweg was absent.

Palmer/Holden motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(c) – considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee-police department. Roll call vote – all in the affirmative.

Atty. Schiltz left at 5:15 pm.

Palmer/Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Palmer/Allis approve the 2009 budget resolution as presented. Carried without negative vote.

Palmer/Holden motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
