Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, March 15, 2010-4:00 PM-Conference Room and Police Department
Supervisor Weiss called the meeting to order at 4:10 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. Chairman Bollweg was absent.
Palmer/Allis motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1)(c) – considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee-police department. Roll call vote – all in the affirmative.
Palmer/Holden motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote. 5:40 pm
There were tow (2) bids received for a new 2010 Dodge Charger police package.
Weiss/Palmer motion to forward the bids to Chief Wisniewski for further review (comparing to be sure the same) and a recommendation to the Board. Carried without negative vote.
Allis/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 5:45 pm.
