Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, March 12, 2007 – 7:00 PM – Conference Room

The meeting was called to order at 7:00 pm by Chairman David Bollweg. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

Holden/Jones motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85(1) (c) – considering employment, compensation, or performance evaluation data of a public employee. Roll call – Weiss, yes Palmer, yes Jones, yes Holden, yes Bollweg, yes

Jones/Weiss motion to re-convene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Jones motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:22 pm.
