Special Town Board meeting-Monday, March 8, 2010 - 6:45 pm - Linn Town Hall

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:45 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. There were approximately twenty (20) citizens in attendance.

Weiss/Holden motion to approve the Resolution vacating a portion of a platted roadway being fifty (50) feet wide and directly adjacent to Lot 1 of Block 8 and Lots 13, 14 and 15 of Block 16, Maple Hills Subdivision. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Holden motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 6:50 pm.
