Special Town Board Meeting-Monday, February 15, 2010-4:00 pm-Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 4:05 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock and Atty. Schiltz.

Palmer/Weiss motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1)(c) – considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any employee – police department.

Atty. Schiltz handed out the offer received from O’Brien’s attorney on January 31, 2010.

Palmer/Allis motion to offer Officer O’Brien a package not to exceed $75,000 for a settlement. Roll call vote – all in the affirmative.

Weiss/Palmer motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 5:00 pm.
