Special Town Board Meeting- Monday, February 11, 2008-6:45 pm – Conference Room

The meeting was called to order at 6:45 pm by Supervisor Jim Weiss. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer and Holden. Chairman Bollweg and Supervisor Jones were absent. Also present were Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz and Dean Peters from Associated Appraisal Consultants..

Palmer/Holden motionto convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1)(g) – conferring with legal counsel rendering legal advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the Town Board with respect to litigation in which the Town is or is likely to become involved. Roll call – Weiss, yes Palmer, yes Holden, yes

Holden/Palmer motion to adjourn from closed session and reconvene into open session. Carried . (7:30 pm)

Holden/Weiss motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
