Special Town Board Meeting-Friday, January 22, 2010-3:00 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 3:00 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz.

Weiss/Holden motion to convene into closed session per Section 19.85 (1) (c) – considering employment, promotion, or performance evaluation data of any employee – police department. Roll call vote all in the affirmative.

Weiss/Allis motion to reconvene into open session. Carried without negative vote.

The Highway Department would like to purchase a highway cab and chassis at this time to replace Truck #96. An ad has been placed in the Regional news.

Holden/Palmer motion to table the truck purchase at this time and to pull the ad from the Regional News. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 4:30 pm.
