Special Town Board Meeting – Monday, January 14, 2008 – 6:30 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden. Aslo present were Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz, Hwy Superintendent Jim Wolfgram and Fire Chief Tim Rasch.

There was discussion on the list of available snow plow drivers. Also discussed was the number of hours Dan Pitt has with the Town Board wanting to keep part-time people under the 600 hour limit. Dan is also a fireman so those hours would count. The clerk was instructed to call and find out what fire/EMS hours would be counted and to co-ordinate with Fire Chief Rasch to see how many hours Dan Pitt has earned.

The Clerk was instructed to run an ad in the newspaper for part-time highway workers to get a current call-out list of snow plow drivers.

Palmer/Weiss motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:00 pm.
