Special Town Board Meeting– Monday, January 12, 2009 – 6:45 pm – Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:45 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisor Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Clerk Polyock. Also present Atty. Schiltz and Chief Wisniewski. Supervisor Holden was absent.

Allis/Palmer motion to convene into closed session per Statute 19.85 (1)(c)- considering employment, promotion, or performance evaluation data of any employee – police department. Roll call vote all present in the affirmative.

Weiss/Palmer motion to reconvene into open session. Motion carried.

Palmer/Allis motion to hire Daniel Gerlitz as a part-time police officer. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:15 pm.
