Special Town Board Meeting-Monday, January 11,2010-6:45 PM-Conference Room

Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 6:48 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. There were eight (8) people in attendance.

Holden/Palmer motion to adopt the Decision and Order of the Town of Linn Police Committee dated October 16, 2009. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Allis motion to adjourn. Carried. Meeting adjourned at 6:51.
