Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm. Present at roll call were Supervisor Weiss, Palmer, Allis, Holden, Chairman Bollweg, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. There were fifteen (15) people in attendance.

Holden/Weiss motion to approve the minutes as distributed. Carried without negative vote.

Allis/Weiss motion to approve payment of the bills. Carried without negative vote.

Parks Committee: no meeting, moving forward with permits and putting bridges out for bid
Geneva Lake Environmental Agency: Palmer reported they are still working on budget shortfall.

Weiss/Palmer motion to approve the disallowance of the insurance claim by Margaret Bentley. Carried without negative vote. This was done per the advisement of the insurance company.

There was discussion about posting Class B roads. The Supervisors talked about having a list of specific roads. Palmer/Holden motion to table until Atty. Schiltz looks into it and Jim Wolfgram presents a list of the roads to be posted. Carried without negative vote.

Holden/Allis motion to approve the list of fire/EMS officers as provided. Carried without negative vote. Chief-Tim Rasch, Asst. Chief-Grant Winger, Jr, 2nd Asst. Chief - Jason Smith, Secretary-Emily Pedersen, Treasurer-Laureano Ortiz, Safety Officers- Dan Kundert & Laureano Ortiz, EMS Captain-Dan Pitt, EMS Lieu.-Tammy Grams, Captain-Josh Landreman, James Bryan, Jeff Wojcik, Lieu.- Peter Jones, Kellan Whitler, Trustee-Dale Matteson, Grant Winger Sr., George Leedle.
Holden/Allis motion to send Emily Pedersen to Blackhawk Tech for EMT IV Tech class. Carried without negative vote.

Weiss/Palmer motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:09 pm.
