Regular Town Board Meeting – Monday, January 9, 2006 – 7:30 pm – Linn Town Hall
Chairman Bollweg called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm. Present at roll call were Chairman Bollweg, Supervisors Weiss, Palmer, Jones, Holden, Clerk Polyock, Atty. Schiltz. There were about fifteen (15) citizens present.
Jones/Holden motion to approve the minutes of the Regular Town Board Meeting, December 12 th and the Special Town Board Meeting, December 20, 2005. Carried without negative vote.
Weiss/Palmer motion to approve the bills as presented including the ones distributed tonight. Carried without negative vote.
County Report: Supervisor Polyock stated nothing to report.

Plan Commission: no report
Protective Services: Holden/Jones motion to approve the 2006/2007 Fire Department Officers as submitted. Carried without negative vote.
Weiss/Jones motion to approve the audit of Fire Department annual donated funds. Carried without negative vote.
Jones/Weiss motion to approve the resolution to merge the Town of Linn Rescue Squad with the Town of Linn Fire Department with the exception that the donated funds paragraph be deleted. Carried without negative vote.
Jones/Palmer motion to allow the three rescue squad personnel be allowed to attend their classes. (see attached) Carried without negative vote.

Action Items: Jones/Holden motion to approve the Voter Registration Ordinance. Carried without negative vote.
Jones/Palmer motion to approve the resolution implementing Statewide Voter Registration. Carried without negative vote.
Atty. Schiltz explained the intergovernmental agreement regarding the Geneva lake Law Enforcement Agency was voted on last May. The Town and Village of Wms. Bay adopted the Ordinance. By terminating the Ordinance, it will allow the Agency to run itself and stand on its own. Palmer/Holden motion to terminate the intergovernmental agreement regarding the Geneva lake law Enforcement Agency. Carried without negative vote.
Weiss/Jones motion to adjourn. Meeting adjourned at 7:45 pm.
