CONDITIONAL USE

• William C. Grunow Jr., Trustee, owner, Section 17. Applicant is requesting conditional use approval to construct a windmill to generate electric power on lands zoned B-5, Planned Commercial-Recreational District. The parcel was known as the ¼ Mile at Majestic Hills. The property is described as Tax Parcel IL 1700001C and is located on the east side of Basswood Drive.
