Linn Sanitary District Business Meeting

November 19, 2008

Present: Tess Adams, J. Livingston, Karen Nordsieck, and. Mark Kolsczaski (Woodman & Baxter),

1. Jim Livingston called the meeting to order at 7:00PM. In the foyer of the Town Hall building.
2. Public Comments- no public present.
3. Motion to accept October 22, 2008 District Meeting Minutes. J. Livingston/T. Adams CU

4. Motion to accept October 22, 2008 Treasurers Report. J. Livingston/T. Adams CU

8.Old Business

a. Motion to table FWWPCC discussion and Draft Letter review. J. Livingston/ T. Adams CU

• A report by Baxter & Woodman regarding a decentralized system for the southeast corner of the lake. Mark showed the commissioners a preliminary map of potential areas where the soil would be acceptable for a soil absorption system. He stated it would take about 20 acres within the Lake Geneva water shed.
• South Shore discussion on informational meeting or letter update. No discussion due to T. Peters absence.
• J. Livingston discussed illegal systems and the difficulty tracking acceptable repairs with Mark Kolsczaki. Mark suggested there may be a need for reinspection if the property owners did not get a permit from the county.

1. New Business

a. Discussion on 2009 Mil. Rate. J. Livingston calculated the tax amount owed by Linn Township and Walworth.

b. Discussion and action on bills including Dec. payroll.
