1. J. Livingston called the business meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
2. Public Comments. No Public Present.
3. Motion to accept April 14 , 2010 LSD Meeting Minutes. T. Adams/J. Livingston CU
4. Motion to accept April and May 2010 Treasurers Report. J. Livingston/T. Adams CU
5. Old Business
   1. T. Peters sent out a list of 8 new permits and possibly one other one pending.
6. New Business
   1. Discussion and action on bills including payroll.

   Motion to pay the 9 June Bills including payroll as presented J. Livingston/T. Adams CU

7. Commissioners Report . Wagners sold their home to Geneva Inn. Geneva Inn is on City sewer. They hope to expand. J. Livingston discussed gypsy moths. They are much worse this year. There needs to be traps in our neighborhood.
