a. Discussion and action on bills.

Motion to pay Febuary bills as presented T. Adams/J. Livinston CU

b. Discussion and action on engagement letter for the 2008 Audit and the letter for fair presentation of Linn Sanitary district financial documents provided.

Motion to accept Pat Romenseko’s letter outlining the accounting services he will provide for the 2008 Audit. J. Livingston/T. Adams CU

Motion to accept the letter from the District to Mr. Romenseko outlining our processes, knowledge, beliefs and representations that we will make to him during the 2008 Audit. J. Livingston/ T.Adams CU

7. Commissioners Report. Regardingthe meeting with the county to discuss the illegal systems letter: There has not been a date set yet for the meeting with Rick Dorgay the Sanitarian.
