Linn Sanitary District Business Meeting – January 17, 2007

Business Meeting called to order at 7:00 pm by T. Peters.

Public Comments: No one present.

T. Peters motioned to accept the minutes of December 13th. J. Livingston seconded. CU.*

T. Peters moved to accept the December Treasurer’s Report. J. Livingston seconded. CU.

New Business: Due to an error, the following agenda item did not get on the agenda and will be placed on next month’s agenda: Discussion and Action on Cost Sharing Agreement with Geneva Township. Suggestion came up for joint public hearing, and Mark saw no problem there.

T. Peters moved to authorize payment of bills presented. J. Livingston seconded. CU.

Commissioners’ Report: T. Peters attended meeting with town board on annexation issue

and discussion held on extending sewers without annexation. Ted updated where we are with Geneva National and Walworth-Fontana. T. Peters stated he’d like to give Walworth a chance to look and comment on what we are doing instead of drawing them to Fontana.

J. Livingston reported ½ done with inspection reports’ data in our Access software program—

(32 of 63 pages).
