Present: T. Peters, J. Livingston, Tess Adams, Rich Scholze(Attorney), Mark Kolczaski , and Karen Nordsieck
- T. Peters called the business meeting to order at 7:02 PM.
- Public Comments. No Public Present.
- Motion to accept Oct. 21, 2009 LSD Meeting Minutes J. Livingston/T. Adams CU
- Motion to accept Oct. , Nov., Dec., 2009 Treasurers Report. J. Livingston/ T. Adams CU
- Old Business
- Motion: Mark Kolczaski to make corrections to the Facilities Plan and Waste Water Alternatives for the southwest portion of the District Report and the commissioners to review the changes and act on it at the Feb. 10, 2010 meeting. T. Peters/J. Livingston CU
- Ted Peters said he was ready to forward the illegal systems list to the County. He had responded to many of the letters and invited the commissioners to review the letters he had sent. Of the 156 systems, 3 homes have been torn down, 109 contacted Linn Sanitary District and 41 of those since November. 25 to 30 have never contacted us. T. Peters said he could copy the letters and forward them along with the list. T. Peters suggested they go visit the Sanitarian in March or April to go over how to approach the list. Mark suggested a future annual report.
- Newsletter is in draft form and the commissioners will review prior to the next meeting. Ted said he is hoping to use the newsletter to educate the public..
Motion to table newsletter until Feb. meeting T. Peters/J. Livingston CU
- GLEA phone line request was dropped.
- New Business
- . Discussion and action on bills. 941 refund was discussed.
Motion to pay Dec. bills as presented. T. Adams/ J. Livingston CU
- WOWRA- T. Peters paid 65.00 for a non- voting membership and asked for reimbursement.
Motion to reimburse T. Peters for the membership in WOWRA T. Adams/J. Livingston, one abstention. The WOWRA conference is coming up which Ted would also like reimbursement for his registration fee of $120.00.
Motion to reimburse T. Peters $120.00 for the WOWRA registration fee. J. Livingston/T. Adams with one abstention. Expenses will be reviewed for reimbursment in the Feb. meeting.
- Commissioners Report. The lake is not quite frozen.
- Future Agenda Items. 5a with possible action on the amendment, c. 6b. reimbursement for expenses. List to the county.
